Pierre Moreau graduated with a degree in law from the Université catholique de Louvain (UCL) in 1998. In 2001, he obtained a master’s degree in Insurance Law at the UCL (”DES en droit et économie des assurances”).

Pierre joined the firm Philippe & Partners in 2008. He has been a member of the Brussels Bar since 1999. From January 2011, Pierre will also be member of the Luxembourg Bar (approval in progress).

Pierre focuses his practice on insurance and liability issues, and contract law.

He is the author of various publications in the field of insurance, torts and liabilities and is member of the editorial board of the ”Revue Générale des Assurances et des Responsabilités” (RGAR).

Pierre practices as adviser and litigator.
