CMS DeBacker appoints four Counsels

Four lawyers have been promoted to Counsel as of 1 July. All have developed, for several years now, very specific law matters:

	Annabelle Lepièce specialises in European Law, mainly Competition law and EU Freedoms
	Pascal Boucquey specialises in constitutional and administrative law. More recently, Pascal has developed a large expertise in Energy.
	Stéphane Collin is leading the firm’s Construction practice and also specialised in restructuring and reorganisation.
	Arnaud Van Oekel is specialised in Corporate M&A and Banking & Finance matters.
